In a party-line vote today in the House State Affairs Committee, the House State Affairs Committee sent HB 500 to the House Floor with a "do pass" recommendation.

HB 500 would ban boys from competing in girls' sports.....

The acquittal vote was the final step in a two-week trial marked by impassioned arguments from House Democrats that President Trump was a danger to the nation, and stalwart support from Senate Republicans....

It is time for the Legislature to pass legislation to eliminate Idaho's regressive sales tax on groceries.
